Enter your email and select your CU before clicking Next. At that point, (eTrain-CU.com) eTrain@etrain-cu.com will immediately email you with a link to activate your set up. Once you click on that link a window will open and display your unique username and password. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF BOTH FOR IMMEDIATE ACCESS. Please login and edit your password and account details to complete your set up process. This will allow you to edit your username and password.
Checking Out
Receipt and Fulfillment emails
Every order placed will be emailed a receipt confirmation of order. For Anytime Archive programs, you will also receive a fulfilment email that includes the viewing link, handout link(s), and quiz link if appropriate, moments after placing your order. If you placed an order for an upcoming release, you would get the receipt confirmation email, and the fulfilment email will be sent on its release date. All emails will be sent from eTrain@etrain-cu.com.
Forwarding Fulfillment emails
If you forward any fulfillment emails to others, they too will need to login or create a login in order to view the release. This forced login, allows eTrain to provide proof of each individual who viewed a program as well as how long they viewed it.
